The age confirmation screen
Why does the site ask me to confirm my age?
The Gents Playhouse is a private platform with sexually explicit content intended strictly for adults. Every visitor who is not signed in is asked to confirm that they are 18 or older before entering. Choosing "I'm 18 or older, enter" is your confirmation that you are an adult and that viewing adult content is lawful where you are. Choosing "I'm under 18, leave" takes you away from the site.
Why does the age screen keep coming back?
The confirmation is saved in your browser for 30 days, on your device only. It will be asked again after 30 days, if you clear your browser data, if you use a private or incognito window, or if you use a different browser or device. That is normal and there is nothing to fix.
Do you check ID to use the website?
Visitors confirm their age on screen, and registration requires you to confirm you are 18 or older and to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. Our Terms also allow us to use reasonable age-verification and account-verification measures and to deny or revoke access to anyone we cannot reasonably verify as an adult. Giving a false confirmation is a breach of the Terms.
I am 17, can I still look around?
No. The platform is for adults aged 18 and over only, with no exceptions. Please leave the site.
Can I let someone else use my account if they are under 18?
No. By using the platform you agree not to allow any person under the age of majority to access your account or the site.
Creating an account
How do I create an account?
Go to thegentsplayhouse.com/register. Enter your email address, choose a password of at least 8 characters and confirm it, tick the box confirming you are 18 or older, tick the box accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and submit. You are signed in straight away.
Is it free to create an account?
Yes. Creating an account costs nothing. You only pay if you choose a membership or buy an individual video.
Do I need an account to watch anything?
Free ("Public") content can be viewed by any visitor who has confirmed they are an adult. You need an account to buy a membership, to buy a single video, to post comments, and to like or favourite content.
Do I need an account to book an in-person service?
No. The booking request form on each service page works for guests as well as members. It asks for your name and an email address so the team can reply. If you are signed in, your name and email are filled in for you and the request is linked to your account.
What email address should I use?
Use a real email address that you can open. It is how you recover your password, and it is where our team replies to booking requests and support messages. If you want extra discretion, use a personal address that only you read rather than a shared or work address.
Do I have to verify my email after registering?
There is no separate email-verification step for email-and-password accounts. Your account works as soon as you register. Because of that, please type your email address carefully - a typo means password-reset emails would go to the wrong address.
What are the password rules?
A password must be at least 8 characters. We recommend a long passphrase that you do not use anywhere else. We never ask for your password by chat, email or phone, and you should never share it.
Can I sign up with Google?
Email and password is the standard way to register and sign in. If you see a "Continue with Google" option and it does not work for you, register with your email address and a password instead.
The registration form says "Unable to create your account". What should I do?
Check that the email address is typed correctly, the two password fields match, the password is at least 8 characters, and both boxes (18+ and Terms/Privacy) are ticked. If you already have an account with that email address, use Log in or Forgot password instead. If it still fails, wait a few minutes and try again - repeated attempts in a short time are limited for security - or contact us.
Can I have more than one account?
Accounts are personal. One account per person is the expectation. A membership or purchase belongs to the account that bought it and cannot be moved to another account.
Signing in and passwords
How do I sign in?
Go to thegentsplayhouse.com/login, enter your email address and password, and submit. On the navigation bar, "Log in" and "Register" appear when you are signed out; "My Account" appears when you are signed in.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to thegentsplayhouse.com/forgot-password, enter the email address on your account, and submit. If an account exists for that address we send an email with a link to set a new password. Open the link within 30 minutes, choose a new password of at least 8 characters, and sign in with it.
I did not receive the password reset email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure you entered the same email address you registered with - for privacy, the site shows the same message whether or not an account exists for the address, so a typo will not produce an error. Wait a couple of minutes, then request it again. Requests are limited to a few per minute, so do not press the button many times in a row. If nothing arrives, contact us from the email address on your account.
The reset link says it has expired or is invalid.
Reset links are valid for 30 minutes and can be used once. Request a new one from the Forgot password page and use the newest email you receive - older links stop working.
What happens to my other devices when I reset my password?
Resetting a password signs out every session on the account. Changing your password from Settings also signs out your other devices. This is deliberate: if someone else had access, they lose it.
How do I change my password when I know the current one?
Sign in, open My Account, then Settings (thegentsplayhouse.com/member/settings). Enter your current password, then the new password twice, and save. The new password must be at least 8 characters and the two entries must match.
It says "New password and confirmation don't match".
The two new-password fields must be identical. Retype both carefully; check that Caps Lock is off.
I signed up with Google and Settings says there is no password on my account.
Accounts created through Google have no password at first. Settings offers a button to email you a link to create one. After you set it, you can sign in with your email address and that password as well.
Can I change the email address on my account?
Settings lets you change your display name, avatar and password. There is no self-service option to change the email address. If you need it changed, contact the team from the current address on the account and they will advise.
I think someone else has been using my account.
Change your password immediately from Settings (or use Forgot password if you cannot sign in). That signs out every other device. Then contact us so the team can check the account. Never share your password, and do not reuse a password from another website.
I keep getting signed out.
The most common reason is the one-device rule: when the account signs in on another device or browser and that device confirms, your earlier session ends (see 3.4). Other reasons are a password change or reset, clearing your browser's cookies, or using a private window. If none of those apply and you are being signed out repeatedly, change your password - it may mean someone else knows it.
One device at a time
Why does it say "You're signed in elsewhere"?
An account can be signed in on only one device at a time. When you sign in on a new device or browser while another session is still active, you are asked to choose: "Log out the other device and continue here", or "Log out here instead". Choosing the first ends every other active session on the account and lets you carry on where you are.
Can I watch on my phone and my laptop at the same time?
No. One account, one device at a time. You can switch between devices as often as you like; each time you switch, you confirm that the other device should be signed out.
Why do you limit accounts to one device?
Accounts are personal and are not meant to be shared. The limit protects members' accounts from being used by someone else and protects the content from being passed around.
The "signed in elsewhere" message appears but I only have one device.
It can happen if you signed in earlier in a different browser on the same device, in a private window, or in an app's built-in browser. Choose "Log out the other device and continue here". If you did not sign in anywhere else, change your password as a precaution.
I chose "Log out here instead" by mistake.
Nothing is lost. Sign in again on the device you want to use and choose "Log out the other device and continue here".
Profile: name and avatar
How do I change my display name?
Open My Account, then Settings, edit the Display name field and save. The display name is what appears next to your comments.
Should I use my real name?
You do not have to display your real name. Your display name is visible next to comments you post, so many members choose a nickname. Use a real, working email address for the account itself.
How do I change my avatar?
In Settings, pick one of the avatar styles offered. Your avatar stays the same everywhere - the navigation bar, comments and your account - and does not change when you change your display name.
Can I upload my own profile photo?
No. Avatars are chosen from the built-in set. This is deliberate: it keeps members' faces and personal photos off the platform.
Deleting an account
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open My Account, then Settings, and go to the delete-account section at the bottom. You confirm by entering your password, then choose "Permanently delete my account".
What happens when I delete my account?
Deletion is permanent and immediate. Your subscriptions, purchases, comments and favourites are removed. Payment records are kept, with your personal details removed from them, because financial records must be retained. A deleted account cannot be restored.
If I delete my account, will I still be charged?
No. Nothing on the site charges you automatically, so there is nothing further to stop. Deleting the account removes your membership and purchases immediately.
Will I get a refund for unused time if I delete my account?
No. Deleting an account does not create a refund for the remaining part of a paid period. Refunds follow the policy in the “Payments” section.
I deleted my account by mistake. Can you bring it back?
No. Deletion is permanent. You are welcome to register again, but previous purchases and memberships are not carried over.
Can I just stop using the site without deleting?
Yes. Nothing renews automatically, so simply stop signing in. Your account stays available if you come back.
Notifications and emails
What notifications will I get?
Updates about your payments. When you submit an M-Pesa or bank payment you get "Payment submitted", confirming it is waiting for our team. When it is approved you get "Your membership is active" or, for a single video, "Your video is ready to watch" with a "Watch now" button that opens the video. If a payment cannot be verified you get "We couldn't verify your payment". A crypto payment sends the same "active" or "ready to watch" notification once the network confirms it. If you sent a booking request for an in-person service while signed in, you also get "Booking confirmed" or "Booking not available" when the team answers it, with a button to your Bookings page.
Where can I see all my notifications?
Tap "View all notifications" at the bottom of the bell panel, or open My Account > Notifications (thegentsplayhouse.com/member/notifications). The My Account menu also shows the number of unread notifications next to "Notifications".
I can't see the bell.
The bell only appears when you are signed in, and it sits in the navigation bar at the top of the main pages (Home, Explore, Services, Membership, Contact). Inside My Account there is no top navigation bar, so use the "Notifications" item in the My Account menu instead. The video player page does not show the bell.
How quickly does a notification appear?
The site checks for new notifications about once a minute while it is open, and straight away when you come back to the tab. So a new notification can take up to a minute to show. You do not need to refresh the page.
Why is there a number like "(2)" in my browser tab title?
That is the count of unread notifications. It is shown on the tab so you can see that something has arrived even while you are looking at another tab. It disappears once you open the bell panel or the Notifications page.
How do I mark notifications as read?
Opening the bell panel or the Notifications page marks them all as read. The ones that were new stay highlighted until you close the panel.
Can I delete a notification?
There is no delete option. Notifications are a record of what happened on your account; once read they simply stop counting as unread.
Will you email me about my payment?
Only if you ask. The M-Pesa and bank payment page has a box labelled "Email me when it's approved (optional)", already filled in with your account's email address. Leave it, change it to another address, or clear it. If an address is there when you submit, we send one email to it with the result. If you clear it, you are told only by the notification bell on the site.
What does the approval email contain?
It confirms that your payment was verified and shows what you bought (the membership tier or the video), the amount paid, how you paid, your transaction code, and for a membership how many days it runs and the date it is active until. It has a "Start watching" button for a membership or a "Watch now" button that opens the video, and a "View payment history" button.
What if my payment is not verified - do I get an email?
Yes, if you left an email address when you submitted. That email explains that the payment could not be matched and has a "Submit again" button that takes you back to the same membership or video, and a "Contact support" button.
I asked for an email but did not receive one.
Check your spam or junk folder, and check that the address you typed on the payment page was correct. The email is sent only when the payment has been approved or rejected, not when you submit. The bell notification and My Account > Payment history always show the current status, whether or not the email arrives.
Can the email go to a different address from my account email?
Yes. Type any address you like in the email box on the payment page. It is used only for the result of that one payment and does not change the email address on your account.
Do I get notifications or emails if I am not signed in?
The bell needs you to be signed in. The email, if you asked for one, reaches you whether or not you are signed in or have the site open.
Will I get push notifications on my phone?
No. There are no browser or phone push notifications. You are told by the bell on the site and, if you asked for it, by one email.
Membership
Overview
What is a membership?
A membership unlocks the paid part of the online library for 30 days at a time. There are three tiers: Starter, Premium and Elite. Each higher tier includes everything in the tiers below it.
What are the membership tiers and what do they include?
Starter unlocks the Starter-level library. Premium includes everything in Starter plus the full Premium library - a larger, expanding catalogue. Elite includes everything in Premium plus Elite-exclusive videos, video downloads where a download is available, and the VIP chat, support and therapist/live conversation access listed on the Membership page.
How much does membership cost?
Prices are shown in US dollars on the Membership page, thegentsplayhouse.com/membership, and that page is always the authority. If the page shows something different, the page is right.
How long does a membership last?
Each paid period is 30 days. Nothing renews automatically: whichever way you pay, the membership lasts for the 30 days you paid for and then ends unless you pay again.
Is there a free tier?
There is free ("Public") content that any adult visitor can watch without paying. It is not a membership - it is simply the part of the library that is open to everyone.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial is advertised. You can watch the free content and the short previews of locked videos to decide whether a membership is for you.
Is there a yearly or lifetime plan?
Only the 30-day tiers shown on the Membership page are offered. If a longer plan is introduced it will appear there.
Are there discounts or promo codes?
None are published. If a promotion is running it will be shown on the Membership page.
How access levels work
Why do I no longer see some tier badges on videos?
Badges are shown as a signal that a video needs a higher tier than the one you hold. Once you are on that tier or above, its badge is hidden because the video is simply available to you.
Do images work the same way as videos?
Yes. Image posts use the same access levels. A free image is visible to everyone; a tier-locked image is visible to members on that tier or higher.
Choosing and changing a tier
Which tier should I choose?
It depends on how much of the library you want. Starter is the entry point. Premium opens the larger catalogue. Elite opens everything, adds downloads where available, and adds the VIP support features. Because each period is only 30 days, you can start on one tier and move up later.
How do I upgrade?
Open the Membership page or My Account > Subscription, choose the higher tier, and pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or crypto. The higher tier starts as soon as that payment is confirmed and gives you its access straight away. Each tier you pay for runs as its own 30-day period and the highest active tier applies - periods on different tiers are not merged or pro-rated, and unused time on a lower tier is not credited towards the higher one. If you are unsure which plan is active afterwards, ask the team to check your account.
How do I downgrade?
Let your current period run out - nothing renews automatically - then subscribe to the lower tier. If you want the team to confirm the cleanest way for your account, contact us.
Can I pause my membership?
There is no pause button, and none is needed: you are only ever charged when you choose to pay. When your period ends, simply renew whenever you want to come back.
Elite features
Can I download videos?
Downloading is an Elite feature. Elite members see a download control in the player on videos where a downloadable file is available. Not every video has one. A single-video purchase does not include download rights by itself, and Starter and Premium memberships do not include downloads.
What may I do with a downloaded video?
It is for your private, personal viewing only. You may not copy, share, upload, sell or publicly show it. Sharing content is a breach of the Terms and can lead to the account being closed.
What is "VIP chat & support" and "therapist / live conversation access"?
These are listed on the Membership page as Elite benefits. For how to use them and what is currently available, ask the team through live chat or the contact form - they will give you the current details.
Renewal, expiry and cancellation
Does my membership renew automatically?
No. None of the payment methods on the site (M-Pesa, bank transfer, crypto) can charge you again on its own. Your membership lasts for the 30 days you paid for and then ends unless you pay again.
How do I renew?
Open My Account > Subscription and choose "Renew now", or pick a tier on the Membership page and pay again. An M-Pesa PIN-prompt or crypto renewal activates automatically once confirmed; a renewal paid by hand or by bank transfer is verified before the new period starts.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel, because nothing is charged automatically. If you do not pay again, your membership simply ends at the end of the period you paid for.
My Subscription page still shows "Cancel auto-renewal".
That appears only on an older subscription that was set up through a card processor we no longer use. It will not be charged again either way. You can press the button to switch auto-renew off; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
How do I know when my membership ends?
The Subscription page shows your plan, its status and the date your access runs until. When a membership is close to ending, the page also shows how many days are left and a "Renew now" button.
My membership expired. How do I get it back?
Open My Account > Subscription and choose "Renew now", or pick a tier on the Membership page and pay again. Access returns as soon as the payment is confirmed (crypto) or verified by the team (M-Pesa and bank).
Will you remind me before it ends?
There is no email reminder. The Subscription page shows a notice with the days left, and a "Renew now" button, in the last five days before your access ends. The safest habit is to check the end date on the Subscription page.
Should I renew before or after my membership ends?
Either is fine. Renewing the same tier while it is still running adds another 30 days to the end of your current period, so no days you have already paid for are lost - for example, renewing with 10 days left gives you 40 days from today. If your access has already ended, the new 30 days start from the moment the payment is confirmed. An M-Pesa PIN prompt or crypto payment activates within minutes; a bank transfer is verified by the team, so if you want no gap in access, pay it a day or two before your end date.
Will prices change?
Prices can change for future periods. Where the law requires it, we give advance notice before a new price applies. The current price is always the one shown on the Membership page.
Payments
Ways to pay
How can I pay for a membership?
Three ways, all starting from the Membership page: M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. Choose "Pay with M-Pesa or bank" for the first two, or "Pay with crypto". M-Pesa is normally paid by a PIN prompt sent straight to your phone (see section 5.2); if the payment page instead shows a paybill or till number, you pay that number by hand. You need to be signed in to an account to pay.
Do you accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard)?
No. Card payments are not available on the site at the moment. You can pay by M-Pesa, by bank transfer, or with cryptocurrency.
I used to pay by card. What happens to my membership?
Card payments are no longer taken, so your card will not be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. To continue after that, renew from My Account > Subscription using M-Pesa, bank transfer or crypto.
What are the M-Pesa payment details?
They are shown on the payment page for the membership or video you chose, together with the exact amount in Kenya shillings - always use what that page shows. Where M-Pesa is paid by PIN prompt there is no number to type: you enter your own Safaricom number and approve the prompt on your phone. Where the page shows a paybill or till number instead, pay exactly that number and amount.
What are the bank transfer details?
KCB Bank, account number 1311491163. The exact amount in Kenya shillings is shown on the payment page. Always take the amount from that page.
How much is membership in Kenya shillings?
The payment page shows the exact shilling amount before you pay, and the Membership page shows it under each tier. If the page shows a different figure, the page is right.
Why is the price in dollars on one page and shillings on another?
Prices are set in US dollars. M-Pesa and bank transfers are paid in Kenya shillings, so the payment page converts the dollar price to a round shilling amount. Pay the shilling amount shown on the payment page.
Which company processes crypto payments?
Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. The price is set in US dollars and converted to the coin you choose at checkout.
Which cryptocurrencies can I use?
The Membership page describes crypto as "USDT, BTC and more". The exact list of coins and networks is shown at the crypto checkout. Always pick the coin and the network exactly as shown on the checkout page.
Do you accept PayPal, Airtel Money or cash for the website?
The website offers M-Pesa, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Other methods are not offered for website memberships. If that changes it will appear on the Membership page.
I am outside Kenya. How can I pay?
Cryptocurrency works from anywhere. A bank transfer to the KCB account may also be possible from your bank - check with your bank about international transfers and their fees, and make sure the full shilling amount arrives.
Do you store my payment details?
We never receive your M-Pesa PIN, your banking password, card details, or the private keys of any crypto wallet. For an M-Pesa PIN prompt we use your phone number only to send the prompt and keep just a masked version of it (for example 07••• ••678) together with the M-Pesa receipt number. For an M-Pesa or bank payment made by hand we hold the confirmation message or transaction code you submit, and we see the payment on our own statement. For crypto we receive only transaction information from the provider.
Is paying safe?
You pay from your own M-Pesa menu, your own bank, or the crypto provider's checkout - never by giving us a PIN or password. Only pay the details shown on our own payment page, or approve the prompt it sends to your own phone. Never send money to a personal number given to you by someone in a chat or on social media, and never share your M-Pesa PIN or bank password with anyone, including us.
Paying by M-Pesa or bank transfer
How do I pay by M-Pesa?
Normally by PIN prompt, which needs no code to copy: 1) Sign in and open the Membership page. 2) Under the tier you want, choose "Pay with M-Pesa or bank". 3) On the payment page enter the Safaricom number you will pay from and tap the button to send the M-Pesa prompt for the shown amount. 4) A prompt appears on that phone - enter your M-Pesa PIN there. 5) Keep the page open: it updates by itself and your access switches on as soon as M-Pesa confirms, usually within a minute. If the payment page instead shows a paybill or till number with an amount, do this: open M-Pesa, choose Lipa na M-Pesa, then Pay Bill (or Buy Goods and Services for a till), enter the number, the account number if one is shown, the exact amount, your PIN, and send; then paste the M-Pesa confirmation message (or just the transaction code) on the payment page and tap "Submit for verification".
What is the M-Pesa PIN prompt?
It is a pop-up that appears on your own phone asking you to confirm the payment with your M-Pesa PIN. You enter the PIN on your phone only - never on our website and never in chat. We do not see your PIN. We use your phone number only to send the prompt, and we keep just a masked version of it.
Which number do I enter for the prompt?
The Safaricom number you want to pay from, for example 0712 345 678. It does not have to be the phone you are browsing on, but it must be a Safaricom line with M-Pesa that is switched on and has signal, because the prompt is sent to it.
I did not get the M-Pesa prompt.
Check that the number is a Safaricom number typed correctly, that the phone is on and has signal, and that no other M-Pesa request is open on it. Wait a minute, then tap the button to send it again. If you see "We couldn't send the M-Pesa prompt to that number", the number was not accepted - check it is a Safaricom number and try again, or pay by bank transfer, or contact the team.
It says "Enter a Safaricom number, for example 0712 345 678".
The number is not a valid Kenyan Safaricom mobile number. Type it as 07XX XXX XXX (or 01XX XXX XXX), without letters or extra symbols.
It says "Paying by M-Pesa prompt isn't available right now".
The prompt service is temporarily unavailable. Try again shortly, pay by bank transfer, or contact the team.
The page says "The M-Pesa payment didn't go through". What do the reasons mean?
The page gives the reason and you can try again. "The payment was cancelled on your phone" - the prompt was dismissed or cancelled. "The M-Pesa prompt timed out before it was answered" - it was not answered in time; send a new prompt and approve it promptly. "Your M-Pesa balance wasn't enough for this payment" - top up M-Pesa (or use a different line) and try again. "The M-Pesa PIN entered was incorrect" - send a new prompt and enter the correct PIN. "Another M-Pesa transaction was in progress on your phone" - wait a moment and try again.
The page says "Still waiting - We haven't heard back from M-Pesa yet".
If you entered your PIN and received an M-Pesa confirmation SMS, your payment will be confirmed automatically - you do not need to pay again. Check My Account > Payment history in a few minutes. If you never got a prompt, use "I didn't get a prompt - try again".
The page said the payment failed, but M-Pesa took my money.
Do not pay again. We check with Safaricom once more after a failure and the page updates by itself; a payment that Safaricom confirms is activated even after the failed message appeared. Check My Account > Payment history in a few minutes. If it still has not activated, contact the team with the M-Pesa transaction code from your SMS.
It says "Too many attempts - please wait a few minutes and try again".
There is a limit on how many prompts or submissions can be sent in a short time (about five prompts in ten minutes). Wait a few minutes and try again.
I paid less than the amount shown.
A payment that is less than the amount owed is not approved automatically - it is passed to the team to look at. Contact the team with your transaction code and the amount you sent. An amount equal to or higher than the one shown is accepted.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
1) Sign in and open the Membership page. 2) Under the tier you want, choose "Pay with M-Pesa or bank", then select "Bank transfer". 3) From your banking app or branch, send the exact amount shown to KCB Bank, account 1311491163. 4) Back on the payment page, paste the confirmation message from your bank (or the transfer reference) and tap "Submit for verification".
What do I paste after paying?
Either the whole confirmation message you received, or just the transaction code. For M-Pesa, the code is the 10-character code at the very start of the SMS, for example SJK4ABCD12. For a bank transfer, paste the bank's confirmation or the transfer reference number.
What is the M-Pesa transaction code and where do I find it?
It is the 10-character code of letters and numbers at the start of the M-Pesa confirmation SMS, just before the word "Confirmed". You can also find it in your M-Pesa statement or the M-Pesa app under the transaction.
Is my membership active as soon as I submit the code?
Not by itself. With the M-Pesa PIN prompt, access switches on automatically as soon as M-Pesa confirms - there is no code to submit. When you pay by hand and submit a code, we first try to confirm it automatically with Safaricom, which usually takes under a minute; if that cannot confirm it, or for a bank transfer, a member of our team checks it against our own M-Pesa or bank record and switches your access on when they approve it, which may take a few minutes. You get a notification on the site (the bell) when it is approved, and an email too if you left an address on the payment page.
How long does verification take?
An M-Pesa PIN prompt is confirmed automatically, usually within a minute. A code you submit after paying by hand is checked automatically with Safaricom first (usually under a minute); anything it cannot confirm, and every bank transfer, is reviewed by a member of the team, which may take a few minutes. We cannot promise an exact time for the team's review, because it depends on when the team gets to it. You do not need to wait on the page: you get a notification on the site when it is done, and an email if you asked for one. You can also follow the status under My Account > Payment history, and the Subscription page shows a notice while a payment is being verified.
I pasted the whole M-Pesa message. Can you see my balance?
No. If you paste the full message, the balance figure in it is removed before the message is saved.
It says "We couldn't find an M-Pesa transaction code in that".
The text you pasted did not contain a 10-character M-Pesa code. Paste the whole SMS exactly as you received it, or type just the code from the start of the SMS (for example SJK4ABCD12). Check for missing or extra characters.
It says "That transaction code has already been submitted".
Each transaction code can only be used once. If you submitted it yourself, it is already being reviewed - check My Account > Payment history and do not submit it again. If you have not submitted it before, contact the team.
I submitted the wrong code or made a typo.
Submit again with the correct code or the full message. The team will reject the incorrect one. If you are unsure, contact the team and tell them which is the right code.
I paid the wrong amount.
Contact the team by email or live chat with your transaction code and the amount you sent. They will tell you whether to top up or how it will be handled. Do not send a second full payment without checking first.
I paid but sent it to the wrong paybill or account number.
A payment that did not reach the number and account shown on our payment page cannot be matched by us. Contact Safaricom or your bank straight away to ask for a reversal, and let the team know.
I paid by M-Pesa but lost the SMS.
Open the M-Pesa app or request your M-Pesa statement to find the transaction and its code. If you cannot find it, contact the team with the date, time, amount and the phone number you paid from, and they will look for it on our side.
My payment shows "Being verified". What do I do?
Nothing - it is in the queue. You do not need to pay or submit again. Access switches on when the team approves it.
My payment shows "Not verified".
The team could not match what you submitted to a payment received, so nothing was activated. Check the code and the amount, then submit again with the correct details, or contact the team with your transaction code so they can look into it.
My payment shows "Revoked".
An approval was withdrawn and the access it gave was removed - this happens when a payment turns out not to have been received or was reversed. Contact the team if you believe this is a mistake.
Can someone else pay for me from their phone or account?
Yes. The payment can come from any M-Pesa number or bank account. What matters is that you submit the transaction code from your own account on the site, so the membership is attached to you.
Will the payment show "The Gents Playhouse" on my M-Pesa or bank statement?
An M-Pesa payment appears on your M-Pesa statement as a payment to the business number or till the payment page used. A bank transfer appears as a transfer to our KCB account. We cannot say exactly what name your own statement will display.
Paying by crypto
How do I pay by crypto?
Sign in, open the Membership page, choose a tier and select "Pay with crypto". You are taken to the crypto checkout, which shows the coin options, the exact amount to send, the address, and a time window. Send exactly the amount shown, in the coin and on the network shown, within the window.
How long does a crypto payment take to activate?
It depends on the blockchain, because the payment has to be confirmed on the network. If the page says your payment has not been confirmed yet, check your Subscription page in a few minutes - access unlocks automatically once the payment clears. You do not need to pay again.
I sent crypto but my membership is not active.
Check four things: you sent the exact amount requested (not less after fees), on the correct network, to the address shown for that payment, and inside the payment window. If all four are right, wait for network confirmations and check the Subscription page again. If it has still not activated after a reasonable time, email the team with the date, the coin, the amount and the transaction ID (hash). Never share your private key or seed phrase.
I sent the wrong amount, the wrong coin, or used the wrong network.
Payments that arrive short of the required amount, in the wrong currency or on the wrong network, or after the payment window has expired, may not activate access and may not be recoverable. Email the team with the transaction ID so they can look into it, but please understand that blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
Why is crypto not offered on a cheaper item?
The crypto provider has a minimum payment amount per coin, which is roughly twelve US dollars and moves with network fees. Anything priced below that minimum is paid by M-Pesa or bank transfer instead. All three membership tiers are above the minimum.
Is paying by crypto anonymous?
Your payment is not linked to a phone number or bank statement, which some members prefer for discretion. But cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains, where the sending and receiving addresses and amounts are permanently visible. We cannot alter or delete that record.
Is crypto faster than M-Pesa?
Crypto activates automatically once the network confirms it. M-Pesa and bank transfers are checked by a person, so they depend on when the team reviews them.
After paying
I paid by M-Pesa or bank. What happens next?
After you submit your confirmation message or code you see "Payment submitted - We're verifying your payment", and a "Payment submitted" notification appears under the bell. The payment shows under My Account > Payment history as "Being verified". When the team approves it, you get a notification ("Your membership is active" or "Your video is ready to watch") and, if you left an email address, an email. Your plan then appears on My Account > Subscription and your access is active.
What is the email box on the payment page for?
It is optional. It is where we send one email telling you the result of that payment - approved or not verified. It starts filled in with your account's email address; you can change it or clear it. See section 3.7.
It says "Enter a valid email address, or leave the email box empty".
The address in the "Email me when it's approved" box is not a valid email address. Correct it, or clear the box if you do not want an email, then submit again.
I paid by crypto. What happens next?
After checkout you are returned to the site, the payment is confirmed, and you see a message that your access is now active. Your plan appears on My Account > Subscription and the payment appears on My Account > Payment history.
The page says "Your crypto payment hasn't been confirmed yet".
The network confirmation has not arrived yet. Check your Subscription page in a few minutes; access unlocks automatically once it clears. Do not pay a second time.
The page says "The payment was cancelled before it completed. Nothing was charged."
The crypto checkout was closed or cancelled before paying. Start again from the Membership page.
I paid but I still cannot watch locked videos.
Work through these steps. 1) Open My Account > Payment history: does your payment show "Being verified"? If so, it has not been approved yet - wait for the team. 2) Open My Account > Subscription: does it show an active plan? 3) If yes, check that the video's tier is not higher than your plan (a Starter plan does not open Premium or Elite videos). 4) Refresh the page, or sign out and sign in again. 5) If your payment shows as approved or paid but there is no access, contact the team with your transaction code. Do not pay twice.
Where can I see my past payments?
My Account > Payment history (thegentsplayhouse.com/member/payments) lists every membership payment and single-video purchase on your account, with the method, the transaction code for M-Pesa and bank payments, the amount, and the status.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Your Payment history page shows each payment. Your M-Pesa SMS or bank confirmation is your proof of payment. If you need something further for your records, email the team.
I paid twice by mistake.
Contact the team by email with both transaction codes. They will check both payments on our side and sort it out. Do not submit the same code twice.
Single-video purchases
Can I buy one video without a membership?
Some videos offer a one-off purchase. Where it is offered, the video's page shows a "Buy This Video" option with its price. You need an account and must be signed in - a video cannot be bought as a guest. A purchased video stays available to you on that account - it does not expire with a membership period.
Can I buy a video without creating an account?
No. Every payment method requires you to be signed in, so the video can be attached to your account. Creating an account is free and takes a minute at thegentsplayhouse.com/register. If you bought a video in the past without an account, that purchase still works on the browser you bought it with.
How will I know my video is ready?
When the payment is approved you get a notification under the bell titled "Your video is ready to watch" with a "Watch now" button that opens the video. If you left an email address on the payment page, the email has the same button.
How do I pay for a single video?
By M-Pesa or bank transfer, the same way as a membership: choose "Pay with M-Pesa or bank" on the video's purchase card and pay the shilling amount shown - approve the M-Pesa prompt on your phone, or, where the page shows paybill or bank details, pay those and submit your confirmation message or code for verification. Crypto is offered on a single video only when its price is above the crypto provider's minimum (roughly twelve US dollars).
Does every video have a buy option?
No. Only some videos can be bought individually. If a video shows only an upgrade button, it is available through membership only.
Does buying a single video make me a member?
No. It unlocks that one video for streaming. It does not change your membership tier, does not unlock other videos, and does not include downloads.
It says "You already own this video".
You have already bought that video on this account, so it cannot be bought again. Open the video and it will play.
Should I buy a video or subscribe?
Buy the video if that one title is all you want and you want to keep access to it. Subscribe if you want to watch many videos - a membership opens the whole library for your tier for 30 days.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Because the platform provides digital content that is available immediately after access is granted, all sales are generally final and membership payments and purchases are non-refundable. There are three exceptions: where a refund is required by consumer-protection law where you live, where a payment was taken in error or was unauthorised, and at our discretion case by case.
How do I request a refund?
Email Thegentsplayhouse@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form with the subject "Billing". Say what you bought, the date, the amount, how you paid, your transaction code, and why you are asking. The team reviews every request.
Can a crypto payment be refunded?
Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain. If a refund of a crypto payment is granted, it may be issued in cryptocurrency, after deducting network fees, at the exchange rate when the refund is made rather than when you paid.
Can I reverse my M-Pesa payment?
Please contact us first - most payment problems are solved quickly that way. If an M-Pesa or bank payment is reversed after access was granted, the access it paid for is removed.
I did not like the content. Can I have my money back?
Sales of digital content are final once access has been given, so dissatisfaction with the content is not in itself grounds for a refund. If something was actually wrong - a video would not play, or you paid in error - tell the team and they will look at it.
Watching
Finding content
Where is the full library?
On the Explore page, thegentsplayhouse.com/explore. You can search by title or description, filter by access level (Everything, Public, Starter, Premium, Elite), choose a category, and sort by Newest, Most popular, Most viewed or Longest. Results come in pages of 24, with page numbers at the bottom.
What is on the home page?
A featured item, a "Continue watching" row when you are signed in and have unfinished videos, a "Discover" section that shows content grouped by category, and a "Trending" row of content that members are currently watching and reacting to most.
Can I pick up a video where I left off?
Yes, when you are signed in. Videos you started but did not finish appear under "Continue watching" on the home page and on your My Account overview, with a bar showing how far you got and how many minutes are left. Opening one starts from where you stopped, and a "Resumed from" message on the player has a "Start over" button if you would rather begin again. A video you watched almost to the end counts as finished and is not shown there.
A video is not in "Continue watching" even though I started it.
The row only shows videos you watched for more than a few seconds with full access while signed in - previews of locked videos are not included, and nor are videos you watched almost to the end. If you went back to the beginning and stopped early on the same day, it may resume from the furthest point you reached that day.
How are "Trending" videos chosen?
Trending reflects real activity - views, watch time, likes, favourites and comments - weighted towards recent content. Nothing is inflated.
What kind of content is on the site?
Adult-oriented entertainment: videos and images of an intimate, sensual or explicit nature, for a mature audience. It is for private, personal viewing only.
Do you add new content?
New videos and images are added by the team over time and appear in the library, including a "New" category on the home page.
Can I request a particular video or type of content?
You are welcome to send a suggestion through the contact form or chat. Suggestions are passed on, but we cannot promise that any particular content will be made.
Previews and locked videos
Why can I only watch a few seconds of a video?
You are watching the free preview of a locked video. Locked videos show a short preview clip to help you decide. When the preview ends, a message says "Preview ended - Subscribe or buy this video to watch it in full." The timeline shows the full length of the video with the locked part marked.
How long is a preview?
Previews are short - a few seconds up to about half a minute, chosen per video by the team.
How do I unlock a video?
Open the video and choose the upgrade button to join the tier it needs, or, if that video offers it, choose "Buy This Video". After payment you are returned to the video.
I have the right membership but I still only get the preview.
Refresh the page, then sign out and back in. Check My Account > Subscription to confirm the plan is active and that its tier is at least the tier shown on the video. If your plan has expired, renew it. If everything looks right and it still plays only the preview, tell the team which video.
The video player
How do I change the video quality?
Use the settings (gear) control in the player. It offers Auto, which adjusts to your connection, and fixed qualities such as 720p and 1080p where the video has them. The player remembers your preferred quality.
The video keeps buffering or looks blurry.
That is almost always the internet connection. Set quality to Auto, or choose a lower quality. Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Close other apps or tabs that are downloading. Pause for a few seconds to let it load ahead.
The video will not play at all.
Try these in order: refresh the page; check you are still signed in; try another video to see if it is one video or all of them; try a different browser or update your browser; turn off any VPN, ad-blocker or content filter and try again; restart the device. If one specific video fails while others play, tell the team its title.
It says "Too many playback requests".
The site limits how fast playback can be requested, as protection against automated abuse. Wait a few minutes and try again; normal watching never reaches the limit.
Can I watch in full screen?
Yes, use the full-screen control in the player.
Can I watch on my phone, tablet or TV?
The site works in modern web browsers on phones, tablets and computers. There is no separate app. On a TV, use the TV's browser if it has a modern one, or connect a computer or phone to the TV. Remember that an account is signed in on one device at a time.
Is there a mobile app?
No. The site is used in your browser. You can add it to your phone's home screen from the browser menu for quick access.
Can I watch offline?
Only Elite members can download, and only on videos where a download is available. Otherwise videos are streamed and need an internet connection.
Does the site work with a VPN?
The site itself does not require or forbid a VPN, but some VPNs, proxies and content filters block or slow video streaming. If playback fails, turning the VPN off is a useful test. You are responsible for making sure that viewing adult content is lawful where you are.
Likes, favourites and comments
How do I like or favourite a video?
Sign in, open the video, and use the reaction bar under the player: thumbs up or down, and the star to mark a favourite.
Where can I find the videos I have favourited?
In My Account > Favorites (thegentsplayhouse.com/member/favorites), newest first. Each one has a "Remove" button, or you can tap the star on the video again.
How do I comment?
Sign in, open a video, go to the comments section under it and write your comment. A comment can be up to 2,000 characters. Your display name and avatar appear beside it.
Can I delete my comment?
Yes, you can remove your own comment from the video's comments section.
What are the rules for comments?
Do not post anything unlawful, infringing, harassing or defamatory, and do not post another person's private information without their consent. We may remove or hide comments and may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules.
Someone posted an abusive comment. How do I report it?
Sign in, open all the comments on that video, and tap "Report" under the comment. Choose a reason - Spam, Harassment or hate, Illegal or non-consensual content, or Something else - and tap "Send report". The team reviews reported comments and can hide them. You can report each comment once, and the person who posted it is not told who reported it. For anything urgent or serious, also tell the team through the contact form or email.
My comment has disappeared.
If you did not delete it, a moderator may have hidden it for breaking the comment rules. If you think that was a mistake, contact the team.
Do other members see what I watch?
No. Your viewing activity is not shown to other members. Only things you choose to post publicly - comments - are visible, under your display name.
Content rules
I found your content on another website.
Thank you for telling us. Please send the link to the team by email so they can act on it.
I think something on your site infringes my copyright.
Send a written notice to Thegentsplayhouse@gmail.com. Identify the copyrighted work, identify the material you say is infringing and where it is on the site, give your contact details, and state that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised. The team reviews valid notices and may remove the material.
A video I liked has disappeared.
Content can be changed, updated or removed at any time, and we do not guarantee that any particular video will always be available. If you bought that video individually and can no longer find it, contact the team.
Privacy & your data
Discretion
Is using the site discreet?
Yes, discretion is central to how we work. An M-Pesa payment goes to the business's M-Pesa number and a bank transfer to a bank account, and crypto is not linked to a bank statement at all. You choose your own display name and a built-in avatar rather than a photo. Your viewing is not visible to other members. We do not sell personal information.
Will "The Gents Playhouse" appear on my bank statement?
An M-Pesa payment appears on your M-Pesa statement as a payment to the business number or till used, and a bank transfer as a transfer to our KCB account. We cannot say exactly what name your own statement will show. Crypto payments do not appear on a bank statement.
Will you send me marketing emails?
We email you about your account, purchases and support requests - for example a password reset, or a reply to a booking request. Optional communications are sent only on the basis of your consent.
Will you email me explicit content?
No. Account and booking emails are plain service messages.
Will you tell anyone that I am a member or that I visited?
No. We never confirm or deny to anyone whether a particular person is a member, a customer or a visitor. The only exception is where we are legally required to disclose information.
What data we hold
What personal information do you collect?
Account data (name, email address, a hashed password, your avatar choice); transaction data (what you bought, the amount, currency, payment method, status and the provider's reference); session and device data for the device currently signed in (such as IP address and browser type); engagement data (likes, dislikes, favourites, comments and viewing activity); technical data collected automatically; and communications you send us, including contact-form messages, booking requests and live-chat conversations.
What do you hold about a booking request?
The details you enter in the booking form: your name, your email address, the service you asked for, the date and time you asked for, and any note you add. If you were signed in, the request is linked to your account. It is used only to arrange and manage your booking.
Do you store my password?
Passwords are stored in hashed form, never as readable text. Nobody on the team can see your password.
If I use live chat while signed in, what does the chat see?
Your name and email address are shared with the chat so the support team can identify your account.
Is my data sent to other countries?
The platform operates internationally and some of our service providers are located in other countries, so your information may be processed outside your own country. Where a transfer needs specific safeguards, we take reasonable steps such as contractual protections with those providers.
How long do you keep my data?
For as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain your account, resolve disputes, meet legal and tax obligations and protect our legitimate interests. Transaction records are generally kept longer than technical logs because of accounting and legal requirements.
How is my data protected?
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, server-side checks of your membership or purchase before protected content plays, time-limited download links, and limits on repeated or automated requests. No system is perfectly secure, but these are the measures we apply.
Your rights
What rights do I have over my data?
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted (subject to legal retention requirements), to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability where feasible, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
How do I exercise those rights?
You can change your name, avatar and password, and delete your account, yourself in Settings. For anything else - a copy of your data, a correction, or a question - email Thegentsplayhouse@gmail.com. The team may need to verify your identity before acting.
I am in Kenya. Who can I complain to about data protection?
You have the rights described above under the Data Protection Act, 2019, and you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first - email the team.
I am in the EU or UK. What applies to me?
The GDPR / UK GDPR rights apply to you, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
I am in California. Do you sell my information?
No. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of certain processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
Can you delete a booking request I sent?
Email the team from the address you used and ask. They will handle it in line with the Privacy Policy and any record-keeping obligations.
Legal basics
Which law governs the website?
The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, whatever country you access the site from - except that if you live somewhere whose mandatory consumer-protection laws give you additional rights, those still apply to you.
Is it legal for me to use the site in my country?
We cannot advise on the law where you live. You are responsible for making sure that accessing, viewing, downloading or paying for adult content is lawful in your country, state or region.
Where are the full Terms and Privacy Policy?
Terms of Service: thegentsplayhouse.com/terms. Privacy Policy: thegentsplayhouse.com/privacy. If anything in a chat answer differs from those pages, the pages are correct.
Can you close my account?
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe the Terms, the law or the security of the platform have been violated, or where the law requires it. You may also stop using the platform and close your own account at any time.
Visiting the PlayHouse
What the PlayHouse offers in person
The physical PlayHouse offers private, adults-only services, delivered in person, in private suites, with our hosts, by appointment. These are separate from the website's videos. The full, current list is the Services page: https://www.thegentsplayhouse.com/services.
What in-person services do you offer?
The current catalogue on the Services page includes: Erotic Massage, Body-to-Body Massage, Private Adult Session, Male-to-Male, Transgender, Private Couple Session, Threesome, Foursome, Kink, Fetish, Adult Games, and Custom Private Session. Services can be added, renamed or removed by the team, so the Services page is always the up-to-date list.
Do you offer sex?
Yes. The PlayHouse is an adults-only venue and offers private sexual services between consenting adults. The one-to-one option is listed as Private Adult Session. There are also sessions with more than one host (Threesome, Foursome), sessions for couples, kink and fetish sessions, erotic and body-to-body massage, and adult games. Each is described on its own page, and what a session includes is agreed privately with our team and the host.
How are the services grouped?
Into categories that you can use as filters on the Services page: Adult Services, Massage & Body Experiences, Couples, Group Experiences, Kink & Fetish, Games & Private Activities, and Specialty Services.
Which service is in which category?
Adult Services: Private Adult Session, Male-to-Male, Transgender. Massage & Body Experiences: Erotic Massage, Body-to-Body Massage. Couples: Private Couple Session. Group Experiences: Threesome, Foursome. Kink & Fetish: Kink, Fetish. Games & Private Activities: Adult Games. Specialty Services: Custom Private Session.
Are these services real, in person, or online?
In person. They take place at the PlayHouse. They are not video calls, not online chat, and not the website's videos.
Do you do outcalls - can a host come to my hotel or home?
The services in the catalogue are offered at the PlayHouse itself. Whether any visit away from the PlayHouse can be arranged has not been published. If that is what you need, send a message with the subject "Private booking" and the team will tell you what is possible.
Do I have to be a member of the website to book?
No. Anyone aged 18 or over can send a booking request. A website membership is for online content and is separate.
Is there an entrance fee or a membership fee for the house?
Nothing of that kind is published. The team confirms the full cost of your visit when they reply to your request.
I can't find the service I want in the list.
Use the search box on the Services page, as names can differ from what you expect. If it is not there, book "Custom Private Session" or send a message with the subject "Private booking" and describe what you are looking for. The team will tell you honestly whether it can be arranged.
A service I saw before is no longer listed.
The team can take a service off the list at any time. If you open an old link to it, the page says the service isn't currently offered. Have a look at the current list, or ask the team about it through the contact form.
How the services page works
How do I browse the services?
Open thegentsplayhouse.com/services. Scroll down or tap "Explore Services". You can type in the search box, tap a category to filter, and tap any card to open that service. Featured services are shown first.
What does a service card show?
A poster image (or a film, if the service has one), the category, the service name, a short description, the duration, the price, and a "View service" button.
What is on a service's own page?
A video or poster at the top; the name and category; the description; the duration, price and availability; a "What's included" list where the team has added one; the booking requirements; a gallery where there is one; the location with a map link; related services; and the booking form.
What does "Price on request" mean?
It means a price has not been published on the page for that service. The team gives you the exact price when they reply to your booking request.
What does "By appointment" mean?
It means the service is not tied to published opening hours - you ask for the date and time you want, and the team confirms whether that slot is possible.
What does "Agreed on booking" mean under Duration?
The length of the session has not been fixed on the page. It is agreed with the team when they confirm your booking.
There is a video on the service page. Is it the host I will see?
The film on a service page is there to give a sense of the service and the PlayHouse. It is not a promise of a particular person. Who is available is confirmed by the team.
The film on a service page only plays a short preview.
Some films come from the members' video library and are tier-locked. Non-members see the free preview; members on the right tier see the full film. It has no effect on booking the service.
Why does a service page show "Film coming soon"?
That service does not have a film attached yet. Everything else on the page, including booking, works as normal.
Location and getting there
Where is the PlayHouse?
The location isn't published on the website, for our guests' privacy. The team shares the address and arrival details privately when they confirm your booking.
How do I find it on a map?
The location isn't published, so there is no map link on the website. The team gives you the address and directions with your booking confirmation.
Is there parking? Is there a gate or reception? What do I say when I arrive?
Arrival details - parking, entrance, who to ask for - are not published. The team gives them to you when they confirm your booking. Please do not arrive without a confirmed booking.
Can I just walk in?
Services are by appointment. Send a booking request first and wait for the team's confirmation.
What are your opening hours?
General opening hours are not published. If a service page shows availability (days and hours), that applies to that service. Otherwise services are by appointment: request the date and time you want and the team will confirm.
Do you have other branches?
No other location is published. The team shares the PlayHouse's address privately with your booking confirmation.
I am visiting from abroad. Can I book before I travel?
Yes. Send a booking request with your dates. In the note, mention that you are travelling, so the team can confirm in good time.
How to book - step by step
How do I book a service?
1) Open the Services page and tap the service you want. 2) Go to the booking section ("Book [service name]") - on a phone, the "Book" bar at the bottom of the screen takes you there. 3) Choose a date and a time. 4) Enter your name and email address. 5) Add anything the team should know in the optional note. 6) Tap "Book this service". You will see "Request received". 7) Wait for the team's answer. Your booking is confirmed only when they reply. If you were signed in, you can follow it on your Bookings page as well as by email.
What information do I need to give?
The date you would like, the time you would like, a name, and an email address. The note is optional. Nothing else is required to send a request.
Do I have to give my real name?
Give a name the team can use to address you and to recognise you when you arrive. If the team needs anything more to confirm your booking, they will tell you by email.
What should I write in the note?
Anything that helps the team arrange the right session: how many people are coming, any preference you have, anything you particularly want or do not want, whether it is your first visit, whether your time is flexible, and whether you are travelling. Keep it descriptive rather than graphic - you do not need to write explicit detail, and please never send explicit images.
Is my booking confirmed when I see "Request received"?
No. "Request received" means the team has your request. The booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it - by email, or as "Confirmed" on your Bookings page if you booked while signed in. Please do not travel until you have that confirmation.
Can I track my booking request?
Yes, if you sent it while signed in. Open My Account > Bookings (thegentsplayhouse.com/member/bookings). Each request shows the service, the date and time you asked for, and its status: "Awaiting confirmation", "Confirmed", "Not available" or "Cancelled", along with any note from the team. You also get a notification when the team confirms or declines it. Requests sent without signing in do not appear there - the team answers those by email.
I booked as a guest. Can I see it in my account now?
No. A request is linked to an account only if you were signed in when you sent it; for privacy it is never matched to an account by email address. The team will answer it by email. To track future requests in your account, sign in before you book.
How long does it take to get a reply?
The team replies by email as soon as they can. A specific response time has not been published. If your date is soon, say so in the note, and you may also message through live chat.
Where will the reply come?
To the email address you entered in the form - check your spam or junk folder too. If you were signed in when you booked, the team's answer and any note also appear on your Bookings page, with a notification under the bell.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you reasonably can - it gives the team the best chance of arranging the slot and host you want. Sessions with more than one host and custom requests especially benefit from notice. No minimum notice period has been published unless the service's availability note says one.
Can I book for today?
You can request today's date. Whether a same-day slot is possible depends on availability, and the team will tell you. Mention in the note that it is for today.
Can I book several services for one visit?
Send a request for the main service and explain in the note what else you would like, or send a request for each. The team will put it together into one visit and confirm.
Can I book for a friend?
You can send the request, but put the name of the person who will attend and an email address the team can use to reach them, and say in the note that you are booking for someone else. Everyone attending must be an adult aged 18 or over.
Can I book without email - by phone?
Yes - call 0719 506 995 or +254 111 500 150 for more details and to book. Please call rather than message on WhatsApp. You can also use the booking form on each service page, the contact form (subject "Private booking"), live chat or email.
Do I need to pay to send a booking request?
Sending a request costs nothing and takes no payment details. The team explains price and payment when they reply.
Booking form messages and problems
The form says the service "is available ... - please choose a time within that".
The service has published days or hours, and the date or time you picked falls outside them. Choose a day and time inside the availability shown on the page and send again.
The form says "Please choose a date from today onwards".
The date is in the past or was not entered properly. Pick today or a later date. Dates are judged by East Africa Time (EAT).
The form says "Please choose a time".
The time field is empty or incomplete. Enter both hours and minutes.
The form says "This service isn't taking bookings right now".
Online booking for that service has been paused, or the service has been taken off the list. Use the contact form with the subject "Private booking" and the team will help.
The service page says "Online booking is paused at the moment".
The service is still listed, but the team is arranging it directly for now. Use the "Contact us" button on that page, or the contact form with the subject "Private booking".
The form says "Too many messages sent - please try again later".
The form accepts up to three messages from the same connection in ten minutes. Wait ten minutes and send again, or use email or live chat.
The form says "Please enter a valid email address".
Check the address for typos, missing "@" or spaces. The team can only reply if the address is right.
I sent a request but got no confirmation email straight away.
The form shows "Request received" on the page; it does not send an automatic email. The email you are waiting for is the team's personal reply. If you saw "Request received", your request arrived.
I think I entered the wrong email address.
Send the request again with the correct address and mention in the note that it replaces the earlier one.
I did not see "Request received". Did it go through?
If you did not see that message, assume it did not. Check the form for an error message in red, fix it, and send again.
The date or time picker does not work on my phone.
Tap the field once and use the picker your phone shows; on some phones you need to tap "Set" or "Done". If it still will not work, use the contact form with the subject "Private booking" and write the service, date and time in the message.
After you request: confirmation, changes, cancellation
What happens after I send a request?
The team reviews it, checks availability, and replies to your email. Their reply confirms (or proposes an alternative for) the date and time, tells you the price and what is included, and gives you what you need to know for arrival. If you booked while signed in, your Bookings page also changes to "Confirmed" or "Not available", with any note from the team, and you get a notification.
My Bookings page says "Not available". What now?
The team could not accommodate that request - read their note on the Bookings page or in their email, which may suggest another time. You are welcome to send a new request for a different date or time.
The team offered a different time. Do I have to accept?
No. Reply to their email to accept, to suggest another time, or to decline.
How do I change my booking?
Reply to the team's email, or email Thegentsplayhouse@gmail.com, with the change you want. If you have not yet had a reply to your original request, send a new request with the right details and say in the note that it replaces the earlier one.
How do I cancel?
If you booked while signed in, open My Account > Bookings and tap "Cancel booking" on it - this works for a request that is awaiting confirmation or confirmed, up to and including the day itself, and the team is alerted straight away. Otherwise, reply to the team's email or email Thegentsplayhouse@gmail.com. Either way, cancel as early as you can so the slot can be released. Cancellation terms for in-person bookings (notice required, any fee) are not published - the team will tell you what applies to your booking.
What if I am running late?
Tell the team as soon as you know, by replying to their email or through live chat. What happens to a session when a guest is late has not been published; the team will advise.
What happens if I do not show up?
Please always tell the team if you cannot come. The no-show policy has not been published; the team will explain what applies.
Can I extend my session on the day?
Ask the team or your host. Whether an extension is possible depends on availability, and the cost of extra time is confirmed by the team.
Can the PlayHouse cancel my booking?
A confirmed booking is honoured wherever possible. If something prevents it, the team will contact you by email to rearrange. The team may also decline a request, or end a session, where a guest does not meet the booking requirements or does not respect the house rules.
Prices and payment for in-person services
How much do the services cost?
Each service's price is shown on its own page on the Services page. Where the page shows "Price on request", the team gives you the price by email when they reply to your request.
Why don't you just list all the prices?
Some services depend on what is being arranged - how long, how many hosts, what the session involves. For those the team gives an exact price for your request rather than a figure that might not fit.
In what currency are in-person prices?
Prices on service pages are shown in the currency the team has set for that service, normally Kenya shillings (KES/Ksh). Website memberships are in US dollars - they are a separate thing.
How do I pay for an in-person service?
Payment methods for in-person services (for example cash, card or mobile money) are not published. The team tells you how and when payment is made when they confirm your booking. Do not send money to anyone who is not our team replying from our published contact routes.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Whether a deposit is needed is not published. The team will tell you when they confirm. The booking form itself never asks for payment.
Can I pay with my website membership?
No. A website membership pays for online content. In-person services are priced and paid for separately.
Do you offer discounts, packages or loyalty rates?
None are published. Ask the team in your booking note if you are booking a longer or repeat visit; they will tell you what applies.
Is tipping expected?
There is no published tipping policy. It is at your discretion.
Someone contacted me asking for payment in advance for a booking. Is that you?
Be careful. Our team replies to booking requests by email from our own address and through the website's chat. If you are contacted from anywhere else and asked for money, do not pay - check with us first at Thegentsplayhouse@gmail.com or through the website.
Hosts
Who provides the services?
Our hosts - adult professionals who work with the PlayHouse.
Can I choose my host?
You can state a preference in your booking note. Which hosts are available on your date is confirmed by the team.
Can I see photos of the hosts?
Host photos and profiles are not published on the website. If the team shares anything, they will do so directly when arranging your booking.
Can I ask for the same host as last time?
Mention it in your booking note. The team will try, subject to that host's availability and agreement.
Do you have male hosts? Female hosts? Transgender hosts?
The catalogue includes services with male hosts (Male-to-Male) and with transgender hosts (Transgender), as well as the other services listed. State your preference in the booking note and the team will confirm who is available.
Are your hosts adults and there by choice?
Yes. Everyone at the PlayHouse is an adult, and everything that happens there is between consenting adults. Hosts are free to decline any request.
Can I contact a host directly or meet them outside?
All arrangements are made through the PlayHouse team. Please do not ask hosts for private contact details.
Are you hiring hosts or staff?
Send a message through the contact form with the subject "General enquiry".
Privacy and discretion at the PlayHouse
Is a visit discreet?
Discretion is the basis of the service. Bookings are arranged privately by email, sessions take place in private suites, and we never disclose to anyone whether a person is or has been a guest.
Who sees my booking request?
Only the PlayHouse team who arrange bookings.
What will your emails look like?
Plain service emails about your booking. They do not contain explicit content. If you share a mailbox, consider using a private email address.
Will you contact me after my visit?
The team replies to your messages and booking requests. We do not sell or share your details.
Can I take photos or videos during my visit?
No photographing or recording of hosts, staff, other guests or the premises without clear agreement. Protecting everyone's privacy, including yours, depends on it.
Might I meet other guests?
Sessions are private. The team arranges bookings with guests' privacy in mind. If you have a particular concern, say so in your booking note.
I am well known. Can extra discretion be arranged?
Tell the team in your note that you need particular discretion and what would help. They will tell you what can be done.
Consent, conduct and wellbeing
What are the house rules?
Adults aged 18 or over only. Everything is by mutual consent. Treat hosts and staff with respect. Agree what the session involves beforehand and keep to it. "No" and "stop" are always honoured immediately, from either side. Respect everyone's privacy. The team may refuse or end a session if these are not followed.
What are the booking requirements?
Each service page lists its booking requirements. The standard ones are: adults 18+ only, and by appointment - your booking is confirmed by our team. A service may list more.
Do I need to bring ID?
The PlayHouse is strictly for adults, and you may be asked to show that you are over 18. Carrying a valid ID is sensible. If the team needs anything specific, they will say so when confirming.
Can a host say no to something?
Yes, always. Hosts decide what they are comfortable with. A request can be declined before or during a session, and that decision is final.
Can I say no or stop during a session?
Yes, always. You can pause or stop at any point, for any reason.
How are limits agreed for kink and fetish sessions?
Before the session begins, you and the host talk through what you are interested in, what is off limits, and how either of you will signal to slow down or stop. Nothing outside what was agreed takes place.
What about protection and sexual health?
Sessions are conducted with care for the health of guests and hosts, and safer-sex practice is expected. Hosts may decline anything they consider unsafe.
Can I come if I have been drinking?
Guests need to be able to give clear consent and behave respectfully. The team and hosts may decline or end a session if a guest is too intoxicated.
Can I bring drugs?
No. Illegal substances are not permitted.
Is hygiene expected?
Yes. Please arrive clean and fresh. If the team has specific arrangements such as showers, they will tell you when confirming.
I have a disability or mobility need. Can you accommodate me?
Tell the team in your booking note what you need. Accessibility details of the premises are not published, so they will tell you honestly what is possible.
Something went wrong during my visit. Who do I tell?
Email Thegentsplayhouse@gmail.com or use the contact form as soon as you can, and describe what happened.
Do you allow anything involving people under 18?
Absolutely not. Everyone - guests and hosts - must be an adult. Any request involving a minor is refused and the conversation ends.
Can you arrange something where the other person has not agreed?
No. Nothing happens without the clear agreement of everyone involved.
First-time visitors
I have never done this before. What should I expect?
It is simple. You choose a service on the website and send a booking request. The team replies by email with the confirmed time, the price and arrival details. On the day, you arrive at the agreed time, you are received privately, and your session takes place in a private suite. Nothing is rushed, and nothing happens that you have not agreed to.
I am nervous. Is that normal?
Completely. Mention in your note that it is your first visit - the team and your host will take it at your pace.
Which service is best for a first visit?
That depends on what you are looking for. Many first-time guests start with Erotic Massage or a Private Adult Session, which are one-to-one. If you are not sure, send a message with the subject "Private booking", say what you have in mind, and the team will suggest something.
What should I wear or bring?
No dress code is published. Come as you are comfortable, bring a valid ID, and follow anything the team mentions in their confirmation.
Can I look around before I book?
Viewings are not something the team has published. Ask through the contact form and they will tell you.

Can couples visit?
Yes. Private Couple Session is designed for couples visiting together, and other services can be arranged for a couple too. Say in the note that you are a couple and what you both have in mind.
Can I bring a friend, or come as a group?
Tell the team exactly how many people are coming and who would take part. Threesome, Foursome and Adult Games are the listed group options; for anything else use Custom Private Session. Everyone attending must be 18 or over and must personally agree to take part.
Can you host a bachelor party, birthday or private event?
Private events are not listed as a service. Send a message with the subject "Private booking" describing the occasion, the date and the number of guests. The team will tell you whether it can be arranged.
Can women book? Can anyone book regardless of orientation?
